Whether you are just getting started running or want to run a marathon, this new course offers guidance for runners and exercisers of all levels. 

Marathon runner and Ironman athlete Bob Follensbee will cover basic principles of exercise science, tools to measure base fitness, and steps to create a running program. The course will emphasize running but is applicable to other endurance sports. Mental training tips are included.
