The City of Oakdale is requesting proposals from construction firms for the pre-construction and construction services for the new Public Works facility located at 32nd Street and Granada Avenue. The need for a Construction Manager (“CM”) has been identified by the City. The CM will facilitate cost exploration, project scheduling, and proper allocation of funds. The CM will be an important member to the three-pronged team – including the City and the architect – for ensuring the scope of work and project goals are met.
