Once I have created an account, how do I apply?
  • First, access the Online Services portal and log on to your account. 
  • For roofing and siding permits or rental housing licenses, please select "Explore" under the "Building Permits" section.
  •  Scroll to apply online and click the blue "Select" button for the permit/license you would like to apply for. 
  • Then, click the blue "Apply Online" button.
  • Confirm your contact information and continue through the prompts to complete the process.
