12th Street and Geneva Avenue Redevelopment Study

Background

In 2025, the City of Oakdale conducted a study of the 12th Street N and Geneva Avenue N area. The study area is bounded by 10th Street N to the south, Geneva Avenue (Century Avenue/MN-120) to the west, 14th Street N to the north, and various property lines to the east (see area map). The study explores land use, transportation, and redevelopment opportunities for properties near the intersection of 12th Street N and Geneva Avenue N. As part of the project, City staff gathered public engagement through surveys and stakeholder interviews.
